During her tenure as a judge, Madam Ha Thi Xuyen judged many big cases, namely a construction contract dispute between CAN Group Ltd (a Singaporean company) and Constrexim Joint Stock Company, a loan contract dispute between the plaintiffs being a number of banks (SHB Bank, Vietinbank …) and the defendants being individuals and corporates, an administrative case between the plaintiff being an American company against the Ministry of Science and Technology regarding the main action decision on intellectual properties, criminal case of Duong Tu Trong… Madam Xuyen has received many certificates of merit from the Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court for her trial achievements.
