As a judge, Madam Linh had sat as the judge at the trial of many complicated and high-profile commercial business cases as well as a lot of other civil, criminal, administrative cases in the northern and central areas of Vietnam. The highlights of her work are: the case of Nguyen Duc Kien (Bau Kien), a construction contract dispute of Melia hotel, a construction contract dispute of Fortuna hotel, an insurance contract dispute between Bao Viet Insurance Company and Vietnam ocean shipping JSC, L/C payment dispute under an import-export contract between a state company and Agribank, a loan contract dispute between three banks (Agribank, Vietinbank and MSB) and Phuong Dong Company, etc
